Front Office Coordinator

Job Description

Bedford Heights, Ohio based Property Management company seeking 35-40+ hour a week (whatever you prefer) administrative assistant for customer service and administrative help, duties include but not limited to:

-- Answering the phones (tenant payments over the phone, transferring to maintenance, etc)

-- Turning utilities on and off, scheduling utility turn ons/off for our rental properties

-- Sorting through rental payments in/out of the office

-- Assisting with filing, sorting, scanning/uploading, and mailing out paperwork to tenants

-- Rental registrations (annual, bi-annual, etc)

-- Preparing lease paperwork

-- Billing-- Collection Calls (for past due rent(s) & utilities)

-- Directly assisting the Operations Manager

-- Rental renewals/lease renewals

-- Customer/client relations and escalations (over the phone and in office)

Schedule/hours are flexible (can accommodate around applicants availability for start times - as long as it is during business hours), Monday-Friday we are open 9:30-4:30pm (looking to have someone stay until 5/5:30pm Monday-Thursday, earlier release on Friday), we are open Saturday 9AM-1PM as well, and you would be required to work 2-3 Saturdays per month. Saturday shift offers $1/hr shift differential as compensation for weekend hours/time.

Pay is bi-weekly (with option for direct deposit) $12-$17/hourly based on experience.

Currently we do offer health (medical, dental & vision) after 90 days at the company through Medical Mutual. We do offer paid holidays (after 90 days at the company), and accrued PTO (to equal 40 hours/1 week annually) bi-weekly on your checks.

MUST have a minimum of 3 years in customer service with experience handling escalations and collections. We prefer the candidates to have previous supervisory or management experience. Must have reliable transportation.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
