Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Closing Coordinator

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess more than a basic understanding of a real estate transaction from the beginning to end for both sellers and buyers, and has an extraordinary commitment to customer service, while appreciating the art of being attentive to details, and working in a fast paced environment, with the satisfaction at the end of the day they make a difference.

The responsibilities include:

  • Assure compliance with brokerage policy and state laws.

  • Maintain and manage the contract closing process with extreme attention to detail

  • Initiate and manage the listing process

  • Handles all documents in relation to listings and all pending sales/transactions for buyers.

  • Contact utility companies as needed to ensure smooth transfer of utilities.

  • Contact city offices as needed to ensure compliance or documentation for rental registration or POS is handled.

  • Prepare and execute market analysis' / CMA's as requested through the MLS.

  • Responsible for agents' compliance with contract and closing procedures.

  • Utilize all Microsoft Office applications, Propertyware - management software, and the ability to research and find things as needed online / on the internet or the MLS/NEOHREX.

  • Assisting in posting the listings for both sales and rentals.

  • Responsible for maintaining fantastic client, customer and peer relationships

Previous experience in real estate, mortgage processing, or title is a plus.

At least 1-2 years experience in management level customer service.

Job Type: Full-time  (benefits including medical, vision & dental are available after 90 days, and 1 week vacation offered after 1 year)

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour (benefits including medical, vision & dental are available after 90 days, and 1 week vacation offered after 1 year)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
