Staffing Coordinator

A Staffing Coordinator with Home Instead Senior Care works with both clients and CAREGivers to make sure every client's shift is covered with the appropriate CAREGiver.
Each Staffing Coordinator has a group of clients they work with. It is their job to make sure we are providing the type of service they requested for the hours they want. The ideal Staffing Coordinator is quick to respond, likes figuring out the puzzle of who is the best person to go where, is an excellent multi-tasker, is calm in a fast paced environment, works well in a team, is very detail oriented and an excellent communicator.
We have a great team and we also have an attractive paid-time-off policy (15 days for the first full year-after 90 days employment).
The ideal candidate should have previous scheduling experience.
Office is located in Cleveland - (Oakwood Village).
Each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
