Wheelchair Van Attendant

Wheelchair Van Attendant starting rate is $8.50/ hour. Experience and other criteria will be considered at time of offer.
Primarily responsible for transporting ambulatory and non-ambulatory persons (in wheelchairs) via Company vehicle.
We have offices located in Warrensville Heights and Akron, Ohio. We are currently looking to add an office on Cleveland's Westside (location TBD).

Essential requirements include:
Current valid Ohio driver's license (2 points or less)
Current CPR training must have been successfully completed and is not expired
Current First Aid training must have successfully been completed and is not expired
Must pass Company sponsored DOT physical exam (arranged pre-employment)
Must pass Company sponsored drug test (arranged pre-employment)
Must pass Criminal Conviction screening (arranged pre-employment)
Must possess physical agility necessary to lift and move patients safely
Must be neat and clean at all times
Must posses good verbal communication skills
Must possess excellent customer service skills and attitude
Must have temperament to deal professionally with other health care personnel
Must have temperament to deal professionally with disabled, disadvantaged, sick and injured persons
Essential duties include:
Daily vehicle inspection and equipment checklist
Cleaning of vehicles inside and out
Familiarization of geographical area and use of maps
Utilization of radio communication equipment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
