Junior Account Manager

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Multi-task sales positions with primary focus of assisting in executing the Chain Sales Marketing plan in supermarkets and other mass merchandisers, in the Cleveland franchise territory.

Achieve sales volume to plan or higher in assigned territory.
Achieve marginal contribution to plan or higher in assigned territory.
Hands on training and information flow to merchandisers.
Monitor and manage proper stock rotation.
Control expenses; merchandising, breakage, out of date code within plan.
Assist in maintaining and growing linear footage in all accounts.

Education: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Six month's to one year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language skills:Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
