Master Auto Technician

At I&A our Master Technician is responsible for the heavy lifting meaning engines, transmissions, transfer cases drive trains etc. Our Master Technician is required to pay careful attention to detail, and easily adapt to new technologies. Our Master Techs usually need to stand for entire shifts and lift boxes more than 50 pounds. Being physically capable of doing the job is a necessity. There is a tremendous chance for growth, bonuses, partnerships, and more certifications. Our probationary period is applicable.
Our Master Technician is able to:
Complete engine and transmission removal and installations in an efficient , effective manner
Be astute diagnosing the entire vehicle from bumper to bumper using premier scan tools
Perform various repairs and installations on various makes and models of vehicle
Work in varying temperature condition
Demonstrate Senior level experience.
Enjoy hands-on work.
Acquire more tools and expand their toolbox.
Be a consummate professional and team player.
