Drive the development of mechanical models and drawings for new products, ensuring they meet performance and cost criteria.
Innovate in product design, exploring new materials and manufacturability options.
Translate conceptual designs into detailed CAD representations.
Develop solutions for unique design challenges and contribute to continual improvement using Agile and Lean tools.
Provide design support across various departments, ensuring a cohesive approach to product development and manufacturing.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration, effectively training and presenting to critical stakeholders and customers.
Analyze and optimize product designs for manufacturability, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
Skill Set Bachelor's degree in engineering or science, with a preference for mechanical engineering.

years of experience in mechanical design, ideally with exposure to RF/electronic device design.
Experience with 3D CAD and data management tools (e.
g.
, Solid Edge, ERP systems, etc.
).
Skilled in drafting techniques, mechanical design, and simulation tools for thermal, fluid dynamics, and stress/strain analysis.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Strong aptitude for innovation and creativity in developing new design concepts and solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with other departments to achieve project goals.
