Our ideal candidate is an individual that can learn quickly, problem solve, and is eager to move up within the company.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING HOURS:
---Tuesday - Friday:
9am-6pm ---Saturday:
10am-4pm ---Sunday & Monday:
OFF
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly way Update and maintain our social media pages Answer phones and direct the caller to the department they need to go to Take messages for employees not able to answer the phone Input all calls into our Customer Relations Program to accurately track incoming calls Monitor leads in our software program to ensure they're being responded to Assist with our loyalty program Input Major Unit Inventory and clean up quotes & deals in our system Print invoices and perform general office duties
Qualifications:
Recent experience with administrative/receptionist work Outgoing, friendly, bubbly personality that can be conveyed through the phone Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word is required Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to run a multi-line phone system with numerous inbound and outbound phone call Job Type:
