Responsibilities:
- Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently - Ensure that items are properly labeled and packaged for shipment - Use warehouse management system to track inventory and update order status - Operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move materials and stock - Collaborate with warehouse supervisor to prioritize orders and ensure timely delivery - Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders - Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis - Experience in warehouse management or order fulfillment is preferred - Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus - Proficient in operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is desirable - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Note:
