The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service inside and outside of the company.
Job functions and duties Process work orders to create invoices.
Process service agreement invoices.
Identify and bring discrepancies to resolution.
Research customer invoice inquiries.
Perform Web Portal billing.
Scan invoices and email customers.
Prepare invoices for mailing.
Ensure that customer billing is processed in an accurate and timely fashion.
Escalate errors to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
Assisting service team with answering phone lines.
Education and Experience High School Diploma/GED required.
Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Six months to 1 year office experience.
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions based on investigation and judgment as well as ability to discern when to escalate issues.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adjust communication method based on customer situation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask.
